How to Purchase VOD @ Adult Empire


The Empire's VOD Checkout system allows our customers to purchase our Video On Demand movies faster than ever before. The steps listed below illustrate how our system works for all VOD purchases including VOD Rentals (both Streaming and Downloads), Own It VODs, and Pay Per Minute packages.

Create or Log In to Existing Account

As you browse our site, you can choose from the over 50,000 movies we offer in VOD. Once you find a movie you want and your preferred VOD type, click on the purchase button for that VOD. The purchase page for the item will open:

Existing customers will need to log into their account. Your Username is most likely your email address unless you specifically chose a different name when creating your account.
New customers can create an Empire account quickly and easily right in that window. The only info we require is an email address (which will be your username) and a password.

Note: If you are logged in to your account, you will be taken directly to Step 2 of the purchase process.

Enter Your Payment Information

Once you have logged in or created your account, the payment information view will open. New customers will need to enter a credit card while existing customers can choose from one of their saved credit cards (or add a new one if they wish).

When finished, click the 'Bill Me' button and the purchase will be charged to your card within seconds. If there are any issues with billing your card, the window will provide you with more information regarding the issue.

Manage all the credit cards you have on file with us quickly and easily from the VOD purchase window.
Our system will notify you if your card's expiration date has passed.

Note: We cannot accept American Express cards for VOD purchases.

Purchase Successful

When your Order has processed, a notification window will open relating the transaction was successful. The window should open within 10 seconds of clicking the 'Bill Me' button.

The window includes links to your VOD library, to download or stream the movie, as well as a link that allows you to continue browsing our site for your next purchase.
