Q: How did you start in the adult business?

Alexa: I started as a dancer and then I met I met a few feature girls...they told me a little bit about [the industry]. It was intriguing. ...I'm always willing to try things once.... I just got into it, and loved it.

Q: Was your family shocked that you were even dancing?

Alexa: It came as a big shock. ...I was raised in a Catholic home; I graduated in the top five percent of my class, scored highly on my SATs, got into every college I applied to. For me to do this, they were kind of like, "Where did we go wrong?" And I told them, "You never should have sent me to Catholic school," because...we're the worst. We're so repressed our whole lives, and whenever we get the chance, we rebel. And I rebelled, big time....

Q: Were you in college when you started dancing?

Alexa: Yeah, I was 18. I'm only 21.

Q: So you said, "Screw it" with school?

Alexa: This is my opinion on that...I didn't want to commit myself to four years of anything without knowing who I am. I didn't want some institution tell me where I wanted to be.... I still don't know [where I want to be]. So for me to be in college right now, I would probably end up in a desk job that I didn't want.... But I'm definitely gonna go to college before I even think about starting a family because I don't want my kids raised in a home where their mother didn't go to college.

Q: What do you think you'd be inclined to study?

Alexa: Something probably in entertainment. I wanted to be an entertainment lawyer....

Q: Do you think it would be hard to become an entertainment lawyer after getting big in porn?

Alexa: I don't think so. I think if you're driven enough and people see that you're successful enough, they can't really judge you on it. ...Porn is not my final destination. ...It's not what I wanna be most known for.... Just cause I'm a porn star, doesn't make me any less of a person.

Q: What is your favorite part of having sex onscreen?

Alexa: ...Just knowing that there are so many people out there, getting seduced by watching you--it's a turn on. It helps with my sexual performance.

Q: Do you prefer working with men or women?

Alexa: It depends. Sometimes I'm in a mood for a girl and sometimes I'm in a mood for a guy. But mainly guys. Cause you can't ever replace a cock....

Q: [I hear that a lot]. Were you bisexual before adult?

Alexa: I had a girlfriend before I had a boyfriend.... [I was] 15.

Q: And how did your Catholic family feel about that?

Alexa: They still don't know about that. ...They just thought she was my best friend and we in the same bed....

Q: Does sex onscreen ever feel like an intimate experience?

Alexa: No. ...It's more of an adventure.

Q: Do you find that you have a lot in common with the other actresses?

Alexa: Some yes, but some are so...I see a life after porn. A lot of girls are like, "Oh, I'm gonna be the biggest porn star in the world." That's not my goal....

Q: Do you have a problem watching yourself on film?

Alexa: I'm way too critical. Even the stuff I was nominated for, I was like, "Oh, this could have been better...." I definitely can't watch porn for enjoyment anymore, cause I'll criticize everything: "Look at that terrible camera angle, her ass looks huge!"

Q: Do you get sick of sex?

Alexa: No. ...I'm 21 years old. I love sex. I can never get enough of it. I have "insatiable" tattooed on my neck.

Q: Is there something sexual you'd like to try onscreen that you haven't yet?

Alexa: ...I'm really shy, so I guess I'd like someone to just dominate the hell out of me, but everyone around me seems to be timid around me, so I kinda end up dominating them.... I just wanna be like thrown down and torn to pieces.

Q: How do you feel porn has affected your dating life?

Alexa: It's definitely harder to get a boyfriend because they automatically assume that on the first date you're gonna with them and that's not the case with me.... Porn and rock definitely go hand in hand. I'm touring the rock avenue right now, and lovin' the rock star lifestyle.

Q: Who are your favorites to work with?

Alexa: Guy-wise, Marc Davis and Brad Armstrong; girl-wise, Shay Sweet and Felecia.

Q: What's been your favorite shoot?

Alexa: I did a movie called "Voices". ...It wasn't a glamorous role; it was done more for the fact that I can really act. It was a five-day shoot from hell.... I spent 45 minutes in the makeup chair, being made up to look like shit. ...But the acting was amazing. The sex was okay--
I was supposed to be all up on thorazine, so it was kind of lethargic sex, but it's good....

Q: What are thoughts on the convention and the awards?

Alexa: The conventions are cool. I love the conventions. It's a chance for me to meet fans and to do wonderful interviews like this. As far as the awards go, I think it sucks that "Dream Quest" didn't win, but...it's cool...we have our own red carpet and our own paparazzi--it's a little taste of Hollywood, it's fun.

Q: Anything you wanna say about your latest projects?

Alexa: My two biggest movies coming out are "Mirage" and "Voices" and those should be out in spring.... I've got four or five massive projects coming up in the next year through Wicked and I'm also taking two films to Sundance that I'll be starring in.... My website is
