I was cast as Sancho, the right hand man of Don Quijote in "Man of La Mancha". These people I met in theater were the most fun and kind people I had ever met in my life and I swore if I ever meet the same kind of people again, I would never leave them (Later on, I would find them in adult entertainment industry). I completed "Man of La Mancha", and soon after that, was cast as Pontius Pilate in "Jesus Christ Superstar".
After high school, I went to college for one year at a local college. I wanted to be a soldier so I went into two years of ROTC at the university while studying pre-med. At the time, I was working as an EMT for the local ambulance service. This all ended with a knee injury from playing football. The army wanted only healthy and undamaged officers. Very depressed, I visited my sister in Houston, Texas, while still in my cast. I was lounging around her apartment pool when I met the manager of a phone collection agency who was impressed by my "command" voice (from my ROTC officer training). He gave me a job as a phone collector, with a great salary. I left school for two reasons: One, I wanted to be an officer (and that was now over). Two, I wanted to be a doctor. I decided to make some money and later, return to school. I made incredible amounts of money, I was very good at this job. I got everyone to pay and my commission checks were huge. My leg healed, and on a dare, I went into a local club that featured male dancers and won the amateur contest. So, during the day, I worked phone collections, and at night, I stripped at this club. One day, I decided I had enough money to open my own club, so I built one. Two weeks before the grand opening, the city changed its zoning laws, and before I even opened, I was closed. No club, no money, and the club I used to dance for was now my competition so I could not go back. The phone collection job was great money but hard on the soul.

Early Years
As a young boy growing up Texas, Evan Stone worked on his family's horse ranch. He can fence, build stalls, bail and stack hay. Evan Stone: I won Best Film Actor and Performer of The Year. ...[Best Film Actor] was for "Adrenaline". Luckily for me, it was with my girlfriend, Jessica Drake.... It was for Michael Raven for Sin City. We were out in this desert town...they gave me a semi-automatic weapon and a Mustang convertible and just let me drive around this town and shoot it up, just be myself. It was a lot of fun. We spent many, many, many hours there....

Evan Stone: Not as often as I'd like, but...when I do...I take full advantage of it.
PornstarEmpire.com: How did you get your start in the adult biz?
Evan Stone: ...It's kind of a curious thing: I was a musician...and I got a phone call from an agent for Michael Raven. He said he's doing a pornography movie, would I like to be in it, and I said, "Well, yeah, what part?" He said, "You'll probably just be an extra, stand there, jack off, meet a girl, get a blowjob. Go down, get an AIDS test." Well, in Dallas, an AIDS test is 500 dollars. So I was like, "Boy, I hope this is a good part in the movie." So I get down there and the guy who's supposed to come from California, did not show up. So fortunately for me, I was there...and they made me the costar of the movie.... Michael Raven then came out to Los Angeles to continue his career and I came out here with him....
PornstarEmpire.com: You figured you'd be in music, so this was a surprise?
Evan Stone: Big surprise. Two and half years later, I went back to Dallas and got all my [musical] gear.... It's still sitting in storage now.

Evan Stone: As a matter of fact, I'm glad you brought that up: Someone approached me with an idea of porno people doing music... I just had a meeting, like five minutes ago, and we're gonna all get together and play this year....

PornstarEmpire.com: I know it's maybe a little more acceptable in society for a man to do porn than a woman, but how does your family feel about what your job?
Evan Stone: When I started in the business, I was with a girlfriend and I was straight and honest with her, this is what I'm gonna do for my career. And it excited her and it turned her on, but later when she fell in love with me, I was evil and I needed to be destroyed. ...And I was single for a while, and then I ran into Jessica Drake.... We do the same thing, there's never been any problem, we get along fine. [Recently,] my mom calls me up...small talk, then and we're getting ready to hang up and she goes, "Well, by the way, have you stopped doing porn?". "Uh, no Mom, I haven't." She says, "Well, are you being careful?" I go, "Yeah, I'm being careful." "It's not something you'll do for the rest of your life, right?" I go, "No, I have aspirations of being a producer and director...." And she goes, "Well, good, just be careful--I love you." "I love you, too, Mom." And I hung up the phone going, "Oh my God, my mom just called me and found out I was doing porn!" And I could not figure out for the life of me, why, cause it's obviously satellite television and my mom would never watch anything like this, so I figured it was one of my cousins...[who told her]. Come to find out it was the ex-girlfriend who thought I was evil and was trying to save me by calling my mom up and telling her I was doing pornography.
