18+ Teens

Literature and cinema have long had a fascination with the idea of youth blossoming into sexual maturity, particularly when the process is nudged along by an older partner (such as in , Pretty Baby, Death In Venice, and more). Porn has found it to be an irresistible theme, too, and “18+ teen” searches have consistently ranked near the top on most major adult sites.

While “teen” is one of the most provocative porn scenarios, adult movies keeps things on the straight and narrow. Teen characters in adult movies are always age 18 or 19, and in many cases the actors playing them are far older. (Numerous performers have parlayed a youthful look into an entire career of parts as nubile “teens.”) As often as not, simple visual cues like school girl uniforms or pigtails are used as suggestions of youth in part of a highly stylized fantasy scenario. Teen themes began appearing in popular porn movies as far back as the early 1970s, and the genre hit its stride with the age of compilations , DVDs, and internet porn in the 1990s. (Interestingly, Teen-age Fantasies (1972), one of the first adult movies to make the “teen” theme part of its title, did not actually center on fantasies about teens but rather portrayed the fantasies of teens.) In recent years, the 18+ teens genre has frequently melded with other categories, particularly family roleplay.
