In March 2019, Wolfe announced a temporary hiatus from shooting, citing concerns about her mental health. "I wanna say thank you to every to every person who understands and respects my decision. Who supports me and truly understands my situation, me, and my decision," she said. She noted that the hiatus was expected to be around six months.

November 2019 saw her announce, via a series of tweets, her newly enhanced bust.

By summer 2021, Wolfe announced her comeback to adult entertainment. "I always figured I may come back eventually, I wanted to keep growing my name, and come back to an industry that had expanded and helped me rip chains of shame off of me so well. I missed it. I missed everything about it. And once I was mentally and physically healthy again, there's nothing that could keep me away," she told Adult Empire.
