What is Empire Unlimited?
Empire Unlimited is a monthly membership service that allows you unlimited viewing of our over 300,000 scenes from more than 61,000 movies for as little as $12.50 a month, or less than 50 cents a day.
The movies are streamed for playback in our video player and viewing can begin immediately after your card has been successfully charged.
How do I join Empire Unlimited?
Simply click the "Join Now" button on our home page and enter your credit card information when prompted.
When done, click the "Activate Account" button to bill your card and begin your membership period.
How much does Empire Unlimited cost?
We offer several plans to meet your specific needs:
- 12 Months for $149.94 or $12.50/month (billed yearly)
- 3 Months for $49.98 or $16.66/month (billed quarterly)
- 1 Month for $24.99 (billed monthly)
- 2 Day Trial for $2.99 (auto-renews for Monthly Membership after 2 day period)
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club credit cards for membership fees.
How will my card be billed?
The charge on your card will read DVD Empire Web.
When will I be billed for my next month's membership?
Memberships are billed on the same day of the month (or year) as the day you activated your membership.
So if you activated a monthly Empire Unlimited membership on the 8th of the month, your future membership fees will be billed on the 8th of each month until you cancel your membership.
I have an existing Empire account, can I use that account for Unlimited?
Yes, you can. All you will need to do is to provide a credit card (or choose one already associated to your account) to bill your first month's membership and your Unlimited membership will be activated immediately.
I am having trouble viewing the videos, what should I do?
If your playback is choppy or you have audio but no video, try a lower stream rate. The stream rate selector is in the player window to the right of the volume controls.
If your video will not play at all, make sure that your account is not being used on any other device, and then try again.
If that does not work, contact our Customer Service department and one of our representatives will be happy to help you.
Android Mobile Device Users: If you experience issues viewing scenes or can't use the scroll bar to jump around the video you're watching, you should try a different player.
We sugggest the Vplayer, which is a free download.
How do I cancel my membership?
There is a link on your Account home page to cancel your account.
Note: Your account will remain active until your next billing date.
We do not refund partial membership fees if a membership is canceled before next billing date.
